Monday 17th March 2014 ~ After the excitement of the weekend, today things got back to normal. Mummy and Daddy went to work. I went to nursery. And when Daddy asked me to sit nicely on my yellow chair with teddy and give him a lovely smile I pulled a face like little monster. Happy days!

Day Five Hundred and Sixty-Nine
Sunday 16th March 2014 ~ Today started bright and early with a buzz of activity. The house was tidied and my toys were put away. Mummy gave me a cuddle and told me we were going to have visitors, but I really didn't know what to expect.
Mummy took me to the park, while Daddy prepared lunch. By the time we got home, I was ready for a nap and quickly fell fast asleep. Little did I know, that while I was sleeping, a little rascal came to visit. That's right, Cousin Lois!
At first I was a little shy, but pretty soon we were having a great time. Playing with my cars, vroom vroom!
And with my teddies. What a lovely afternoon.
I was sad to say goodbye, it was great to see my Cousin Lois, Auntie Veronica and Uncle Rob. After they had gone I helped Mummy with the washing up. I think I could get used to social occasions.

Day Five Hundred and Sixty-Eight
Saturday 15th March 2014 ~ Today Mummy, Daddy and me went to the opening of Leyton library with my friends...
Hmmm... a dump truck you say?
We went to the pub next door for lunch...
Marianne was a little grumpy...
...but I was pretty pleased with myself!
I sat next to my friend Herbie who I haven't seen for ages
And Henry was there too
After lunch, we got to run around the pub, which was my favourite bit of the day. Catch me Mummy!
Day Five Hundred and Sixty-Seven
Friday 14th March 2014 ~ Today when I got back from nursery, Mummy put the posters my Grandad bought me up in the kitchen. Oh look, a pineapple!
...and a bunny!

Day Five Hundred and Sixty-Six
Thursday 13th March 2014 ~ Today, I practiced being a pussy cat. I meowed for milk, I scampered around in the garden and I made myself cosy in Esme's basket. Mmmm. So cosy.

Day Five Hundred and Sixty-Five
Wednesday 12th March 2014 ~ Today Mummy took me to Green Park where I met...
...my friend Henry. Peekaboo!
It was warm and sunny so we took our coats off...
...and ran free through the park...
Run away, run away!
We held hands...
...and our Mummies thought it was the cutest thing they'd ever seen!
We went onto the Sensing Spaces exhibition at the RA, where we fought over wooden stools...
...before deciding it was much for fun to move them about together
Then we found a cave of straws, where we could help ourselves to coloured straws and fix them into the cave...
Mummy says it's art...
...but Henry and me had much more fun pulling them out
This much fun!!
Then we stumbled upon a maze with a lit-up floor, which also made as laugh and run. Every so often we'd find a little room to crawl into...
And we ran round together holding hands
Henry and me had such a brilliant day. I can't wait until next Wednesday

Day Five Hundred and Sixty-Four
Tuesday 11th March 2014 ~ Today when I woke up, guess who came to get me? Grandad! I was so happy!
Grandma took me to a playgroup and then we went for lunch and a good walk around Chingford...
We stopped so I could catch up with Grandma and tell her all about my week. She said it sounded just lovely.
Then we went to say hello to the Krays and I had a little relax in the cemetery...
...before heading home for a play in the garden.
I love Tuesdays
Day Five Hundred and Sixty-Three
Monday 10th March 2014 ~ After such a busy weekend, this morning called for a hearty breakfast. I had toast with honey, shreddies, banana and grapes.
I can say honey (and money and fudge and shreddies!)
I was feeling pretty pleased with myself
And after a fun day at nursery, I came home for a play with Mummy and Daddy...
I was very happy to find the dolly that Issy gave me
(though you'll have to turn your head sideways halfway through!)
Day Five Hundred and Sixty-Two
Sunday 9th March 2014 ~ Today Mummy dressed me in the smart new outfit Grandad bought me. Cool or what?
It was such a beautiful, sunny day that we got the train to Chingford and headed straight out into Epping Forest.
We went to Connaught Water, where I got to walk around the lake...
...look at me all grown up on the boardwalk!
Up and down, up and down.. it made me very pleased
Mummy and me stopped to look at the geese and ducks...
...and I had a great time splish splashing in all the muddy puddles
After a really long walk, it was time to stop off in a pub for a roast dinner and some apple juice. JUICE!
Then it was on to Mansfield park for a view of the reservoir and a sit down with Mummy...
I crawled around the grass, picking the daisies and enjoying the sunshine. It's so good that Spring has sprung at last
I thought it was home time but as yet another surprise treat, we headed to Ridgeway park for a play
Such a lovely day.
Mummy thinks this photo of me is just beautiful.
