Today we started back at preschool in a new building on Cavendish Road. It was a bit scary but Mummy says I'll get used to it before long. And luckily my friends were all there too

Saturday 22nd April 2017 - It was love our library day in Highams Park today and we really did love it - making dream jars, a vintage market, story telling and making rockets to launch into the sky (ours went the highest!)

Thursday 20th April 2017 - Today we went on an adventure to the Southbank. Mummy decided to be brave and take our scooters instead of the buggy and we loved it! We got the underground to St Paul's and scooted all the way across the river

We met Issy in the Tate modern and after lunch, we scooted all the way along the Southbank to the Royal Festival Hall. We went up and down in the singing lift...

...and then read some books in the library before heading home

Monday 17th April 2017 - Today Grandma Catherine and Grandad John came for Easter Monday lunch. We played at home and then spent the afternoon at the park

Sunday 16th April 2017 - Today was Easter Sunday and it started well - with a cuddle from Grandad...

...and a Poppy Easter egg from Mummy and Daddy

We went down to the seafront to look at the Poppy wave on the old jetty near Shoebury beach: http://www.visitsouthend.co.uk/poppies/poppies-faqs.aspx

And had another mini easter egg hunt on the beach.

They were the same eggs but we didn't mind at all.. we just had so much fun hunting for them

When we got back to Grandma and Grandad's house, we had a delicious roast and then I made a thank you card for Julie to thank her for my Easter presents. Here's Julie and Brando under a rainbow

We went back home after lunch, where there was even more Easter treasure from Uncle Ellis and Phoy. Happy Easter everyone

Day One Thousand Six Hundred and Ninety-Five

Saturday 15th April 2017 - This morning started with a lazy breakfast in front of the television

Then we went to East Beach for an easter egg hunt. I had to find the pink eggs and Ira found the blue eggs

Some of them were really hard to find. We had to look in the sand and under pebbles

I helped my brother out so that he found all of his too

We had ten each!

Once we'd found all the eggs, we had a clamber about on the rocks

And a little rest

We went hunting for crabs in the mud

Julie came to see us and found me a little baby crab.

Then we went for lunch together and Mummy and Grandma took me to see Beauty and the Beast at the cinema

Friday 14th April 2017 - Today was Mummy and Daddy's fifth wedding Anniversary. They went off for a walk by the sea and we stayed and had fun with Grandma and Grandad. Fun in the park and then fun with beans from Grandad's allotment!

Tuesday 11th April 2017 - Grandad was poorly today but luckily Grandma was feeling well and happy to come and look after us. We had fun.. and we think Grandma did too!

Monday 10th April 2017 - Finally everyone is feeling well again. And there's no preschool because it's the Easter holidays. So I had a fun day with Cheryl, Poppy and Riley

Sunday 9th April 2017 - Today was so hot that it was like summer. So we got everything out in the garden and Daddy decided we should have a BBQ. Ira and I splashed in the paddling pool...

...shared a ride on our Thomas rollercoaster...

...got dry after lunch and ate an ice lolly in the shade...

...and spent a lot of time playing on the trampoline.

We even brought all of our blankets and pillows downstairs to get comfy on the trampoline and look at the sky.
