Day One Thousand Three Hundred and Twelve

Sunday 27th March 2016 ~ Today was Easter Sunday. Mummy and Daddy got me a frozen fever castle made out of chocolate AND a hello kitty Easter egg...

...and Grandma hid the chocolate eggs again in the garden so Ira and I could go hunting for them. I'm getting good at this!

We decorated eggs and had a delicious lunch and then it was time to head back home to London. I really didn't want to leave. Happy Easter everyone xx

Day One Thousand Three Hundred and Eleven

Saturday 26th March 2016 ~ This morning Mummy stayed in bed and we got up with Grandma and Grandad. We had a brilliant time playing in our dressing gowns with Grandma and Grandad's slippers

When Mummy finally got up, we went to East Beach. Grandad took me out for a walk on the mud. We collected frosted glass and saw two crabs. 

It was cold and windy so we didn't stay long...

...we went back in the warm where I hung out with Grandad and his rubix cube...

...and caught up with Uncle Ed... until Grandma offered to take us to soft play in Southend. We leapt at the chance and played until it was time to head home for tea and stories before bed

Day One Thousand Three Hundred and Ten

Friday 25th March 2016 ~ This morning we helped Mummy pack for Grandma and Grandad's house...

When I say helped, I mean we had fun in the trunki boat while she got our stuff together

Uncle Ellis and Phoy sent Ira and I egg cups in the post, which made me very happy. 

We had eggs and soldiers for breakfast

Then we met Uncle Ed and Liverpool Street and got the train back to Southend

After lunch, we had an Easter egg hunt in the garden

I had to look high and low.. there was even one in the bee house!

And the bird house. Luckily Grandad was there to help me

Before long, I had a whole pot full of colourful chocolate eggs

Then we went to the park, where we met Aunt Julie

We had a brilliant time playing in the sunshine

What a good Friday :-)

Thursday 24th March 2016 ~ Today we went to Wildwood for dinner again after nursery. It's our current favourite place for dinner... mainly because there's a play room and they don't seem to mind Ira and I running around like rascals

Wednesday 23rd March 2016 ~ My favourite thing at playgroup this morning was spending time with Valentina baby

My favourite thing this afternoon was making chocolate crispy nests with Mummy

And my favourite thing before bed was stories with my Daddy

Monday 21st March 2016 ~ Today I wore my Easter bonnet to nursery. It had flowers and painted eggs, little chicks and butterflies too.

Sunday 20th March 2016 ~ This morning I painted some eggs for my Easter bonnet...

...and then Daddy took us to cousin James' 5th birthday party at soft play place near Oxford. We played and had a birthday tea...

...and I was a pink and purple butterfly

I had a great time.

Friday 18th March 2016 ~ Today we went on an Easter egg hunt in the forest. 

First we had to find the matching other half of an egg (which we swapped for chocolate!)

Then it was time for an egg and spoon race

I didn't drop it once!

Then we got to find eggs, hidden in the wood. Mine was pink and it had a tiny egg decoration and a chick in it.

Wednesday 16th March 2016 ~ Today we went on an adventure with my friends Poppy and Riley...

We walked all the way from Liverpool Street to the river and then along the Southbank to the London Eye. We went to the Tate Modern where we ran up and down the slope, we went for lunch and we danced around in giant bubbles

We were so tired that we caught the boat back, which was brilliant

And our buggy was so tired that it got a puncture so I shared Poppy and Riley's buggy home. What else are friends for?

Day One Thousand Three Hundred

Tuesday 15th March 2016 ~ Grandma and Grandad Tuesday is here again and today we went to IKEA. It was colourful and fun.

When we got home, Grandad wanted to take a nice photo of me and my brother for Mummy (who was at work) but I didn't much feel like smiling

I cheered up a bit when Grandad showed me how to use the camera

And after a while, I just couldn't stop smiling. After all, I'd had such a good day

Sunday 13th March 2016 ~ Today Mummy and Daddy took us to dinosaur mini golf...

 ....I took it very seriously and absolutely LOVED it!

The dinosaurs moved and made a noise and there were bits where the balls disappeared inside a giant snail and in the water

I'd like to go back again very soon
