 Friday 10th August 2018 - Today we went to the Transport museum with Uncle Ellis. We especially liked the play area where I worked in the lost property office 

 And drove a London bus

It's always great to see Uncle Ellis

Thursday 9th August 2018 - Today after days and days of sunshine, the heavens opened and it really rained. So Mummy took us to Westfield so we could see the Incredibles 2 at the cinema, do a bit of shopping 

And have delicious chinese for tea

Wednesday 8th August 2018 - Saying goodbye to Mummy on the doorstep as she went off to work

Tuesday 7th August 2018 - Grandma and Grandad took us for a picnic in the park 

We climbed trees and played in the playground

And walked around the lake so we could see the cygnets

Monday 6th August 2018 - An afternoon in the park with colouring books

Sunday 5th August - Another sunny day so we got up and went straight in the pool 

In the afternoon we went to Chatham Dockyard for an afternoon of fun

There were all sorts of things to explore and activities for us to do

I made Mummy a picture because I was missing her

 Saturday 4th August 2018 - Drawing pictures before Daddy took us to Grandma Catherine and Grandad John's for the weekend

Friday 3rd August 2018 - It's the hottest summer on record for ages - since 1976 apparently. And today it was going to be 31 degrees! 

 We went to the fountains near Kings Cross to cool down 

And spent most of the day playing in our swimsuits with our little gang of friends

Thursday 2nd August 2018 - Mummy took us to Butlers retreat where we climbed trees and had ice-cream with our friends

And then for tea at Max and Stanley's house

Sunday 29th July 2018 - A giant hot chocolate in the Nethergong cafe before it was time to say goodbye and head home

 Saturday 28th July 2018 - After a lazy morning at the campsite, we all went to the local pub for lunch. There were lots of piggies to see 

 And interesting things to climb on. I had more fish and chips! 

 When we got back to Nethergong, we went to explore the frog pond

 Which was full of lots of tiny little frogs we could catch in nets and make little froggy homes for in buckets 

 Mummy said I looked beautiful in the sun light and took this photo of me

 I spent a lot of today playing with and looking after baby Dylan, who didn't seem to mind a bit 

 And tonight, because it had rained, we were allowed a campfire so we all stayed up late for a BBQ dinner and marshmallows 

And of course Mummy took our customary Nethergong sunset shot

 Friday 27th July 2018 - This morning we just had to walk across the field to have breakfast with our friends Juni and Robin

 After breakfast, Teddy and Hector's Daddy drove us to Minnis bay in their camper van 

 We played in the sea... 

jumping over the waves

 And dried out in the sunshine before going to get fish and chips and an ice-cream in Herne Bay 

Then it was back to the campsite for tea and a play in the field until the storm came and we had to all hide in our tents. The thunder and lightning was very scary but we had a mini disco to cheer ourselves up! 

Day Two Thousand One Hundred and Sixty-One

 Thursday 26th July 2018 - Today we were so excited to be going back to Nethergong where we camped last year with our friends. This year we were staying in this bell tent for three whole days

It was so hot that we spent the afternoon having a big water fight in our camping field 

And then played and ran around until it was time for tea

 Wednesday 25th July 2018 - Today Ira and I went to a drama workshop run by Amanda who works at Ira's preschool

 We spent the day doing a lot of acting, dancing and singing

We had a brilliant day and Amanda said I was great

 Tuesday 24th July 2018 - Our lovely Grandma and grandad picked us up and took us back to Southend today

For another wonderful day at the beach hut
