Day Seven Hundred and Seventeen

Monday 11th August 2014 ~ Today it was time to pack up and head home. Marianne and me played peekaboo whilst our Mummies and Daddies got everything ready to go...
Daddy took Marianne and her Mummy and Daddy back to the station in Woodbridge...
...and Mummy and me had a final stomp around in the wood with sticks while we were waiting
I sat down for a rest outside our tent and a chicken came to say hello. Mummy thinks she might have escaped from her house!
Daddy came back and we all got in the broom broom for our journey home. As a brilliant surprise, we stopped in Maldon Promenade Park for a play on a big adventure pirate ship, a walk along the Quay and lunch in the pub.
It started to rain really heavily so I sang "Rain rain go away".. I have a whole repertoire of nursery rhymes I can sing, including baa baa black sheep, one two three four five, rain rain go away and where's my Mummy? But Mummy just can't seem to get a whole one on video!
After lunch, just look at what arrived! It was the perfect end to a brilliant holiday
