Saturday 4th March 2017 ~ Today, was all about the cake! After Mummy and me got up bright and early for ballet we met those slug-a-bug boys in the fancy new creperie - called La Boîte - which has opened in the old signal box, so you can eat pancakes and watch the trains chug past. I ordered a strawberry jam and cream pancake, which was (just) a little bigger than I could manage.
Fortunately, after brunch we went to Ikea! Or rather, Mummy went in to pick up a few bits and Daddy took us to the park. I had a great time on the climbing frame and being spun around by Ira and used up lots of energy running around.
Which was just as well, because in the afternoon we went to a birthday party and had even more cake, what a delicious way start and end the day!
