Monday 23rd January 2017 - This morning Ira and I picked up all of our toy suitcases and decided we were going on holiday. Unfortunately I went to preschool instead...

...but Mummy did pick me up at lunchtime and we spent the afternoon playing games and making frozen cupcakes

Day One Thousand Six Hundred and Twelve

Sunday 22nd January 2017 - We spent most of the day inside playing games, painting, dancing and making a big mess. But then we popped out for a ride to Tesco and a play in the snail park. Mummy and I raced and played hide and seek. I'm getting so fast on my balance bike

Ira helped Daddy with the shopping.. actually, he ran around and behaved like a big rascal. But when he came out, we had lots of fun sliding in the ice together, before heading home for tea

Sunday 15th January 2017 - Today started all snuggly on the sofa

And then the day got exciting as Daddy took us to Kidspace in Romford

We had lunch and a slushy and a play all afternoon. Mummy took this photo of me and said she thought I was looking very grown up

Saturday 14th January 2017 - Today Ellis and Phoy came for lunch and we all went to visit Tammy and Paolo's twin babies Nola and Mia. I had a cuddle with both of them

Friday 13th January 2016 - What better on a rainy afternoon in January than a play date at my old nursery friend Bea Bea's house. Isabella and Arelie were there too and it was really good to see them again.. and to play with Bea's amazing play mobile princess castle

Thursday 12th January 2017 - Poppy and Riley came for lunch after preschool as Cheryl had an appointment. After they left, we had to go for a check-u at the dentist, which Mummy didn't feel like photographing at all. I have 20 teeth and I was a very brave girl

Sunday 8th January 2017 - Today we went trampolining again and it was brilliant. I can do star jumps and also jump, sit down and stand up again.. and I'm not scared at all about jumping off the tallest tower into the pit of foam

Saturday 7th January 2017 - This morning I was looking gorgeous in my jammies...

...and gorgeous in my ballet kit

And as an extra special treat, Mummy took me to the Coliseum Theatre to see the Nutcracker ballet. The little girl in it is called Clara.

The dancing was just amazing. Mummy and I both really enjoyed it, especially the bit near the end with the sugar plum fairy

Friday 6th January 2017 - Today I went to my friend Isabella's house as she doesn't go back to school until next week. We were princesses and it was really good to see her again

Tuesday 3rd December 2017 - Mummy said she had the post-christmas blues. We told her not to be silly and that she should join us in eating the left-over Christmas crackers and listening to music on the radio. Unfortunately Mummy had to go back to work today, which she said was why she was feeling sad...

...but first she joined us for a trip to the supermarket and the library which I think cheered her up a bit

And I got to spend the afternoon making funny faces at Grandad...

...and dressing as super girl!

Day One Thousand Five Hundred and Ninety-Three

Monday 2nd January 2016 - We go home today so Mummy and Daddy had to pack before breakfast. We played in a big bubble bath while they got everything ready

Ira and I are sad to leave but looking forward to seeing Esme and Grandma and Grandad, and playing with the toys we got for christmas. We had a final breakfast at our table...

And then went on a very short bike ride to visit the church. Daddy said it was very very old

It was so frosty and cold outside that we didn't stay long, deciding it would be much better to play inside before it was time to go home

We built a cushion fort and I told Ira spooky stories about monsters and zombies. 

We both fell asleep in the car on the way home, dreaming of nice, happy holiday times, with not a monster in sight

Day One Thousand Five Hundred and Ninety-Two

Sunday 1st January 2017 - Today there was a New Year's Day brunch until 2pm so we had a lazy morning of pajamas and television in bed and then made our way down to our table. There were even more delicious treats to choose from. 

After brunch, we went down for a quick game of air hockey. Ira was a rascal and kept taking the puck

Then we went for a swim. I did a bit of swimming and a lot of holding onto this pink noodle while Mummy swam and pulled me along

There was hardly anyone else in the pool. Daddy said most of them were either sleeping or having the hair of the dog. I don't know what he meant.

We stayed in for ages and it was brilliant

Then we went across to Ickworth house where Ira and I played for ages with the doll's house while Mummy and Daddy sat drinking coffee

Ira was climbing up the wall!

It was raining so we borrowed this pink umbrella to get back to the hotel

We went for a play in the lounge

And I insisted that Daddy was a monster

Before dinner, we went for a play in the Four Bear's Den. We didn't want to stay without Mummy and Daddy but we loved all the toys.

There was even time to watch some Finding Dory in the cinema room before bed, by which time, we were all very tired.

Day One Thousand Five Hundred and Ninety-One

Saturday 31st December 2016 - This morning Mummy woke up and said she felt like going for a swim before breakfast. Ira and I weren't keen at all so we stayed in the warm with Daddy and watched tv until it was time for breakfast. Mummy said she was the only one in the pool and swam fifty lengths. We met at breakfast...

...and then went for an explore outside

Mummy and Daddy decided that we should go on a family bike ride. I went on the back of Mummy's bike and Ira went on the back of Daddy's. It was fun at first and then it got really cold and muddy

Mummy said the forest looked beautiful but she was finding it harder and harder to cycle in the mud and at one point, we got stuck and she had to ask Daddy for help

I was much happier back in the hotel where I got changed into my party dress for a New Year's Eve party in the Three Bear's Den. Ira played in the creche next door because it was too noisy but I danced to the music, played party games, watched a magician and got a purple flower made out of balloons to take home with me. I asked for a monkey climbing a palm tree for Ira

We had dinner in the cinema room and then we decided that we're rather play in the games room than watch a movie so we played table football and air hockey. Then it was time to bed so we went upstairs for milk and stories and Mummy and Daddy wished us a Happy New Year. Mummy explained it was the last day of 2016 and that tomorrow would be a new year. I'm not sure I totally understood but it sounded exciting.
