Day One Thousand Five Hundred and Eighty-Four

Saturday 24th December 2016 - Today was Christmas Eve and when we woke up, Mummy said we should go to the coast. Daddy agreed it was a good idea so he drove us to Whitstable where we had fish and chips. It was so cold that I said "we should have come in the summer".. Mummy agreed that I was probably right
We fed chips to the seagulls...
...and Mummy made a nativity scene out of rocks
We went for a walk and it was so cold that we insisted on wearing Mummy's and Daddy's scarves
It was much warmer when Mummy gave us both a cuddle. And then Mummy and Daddy carried us all the way back to the car
We weren't home long before it was time to head up to All Saint's church for their nativity. We watched the nativity and sang carols. I sat next to Eddie
And we had our photo taken in front of the big christmas tree
Then it was home in time for new matching space pajamas, a fire and hot chocolate while we watched  We're going on a Bear Hunt...
...and stickman too
We left mince pies and carrots outside the front door for Father Christmas and the reindeer and hung our stockings up on our beds. I asked Daddy if he thought Father Christmas would like our bedroom. I decided he'd probably like it very much. It wasn't long before we were both fast asleep...
..and we didn't wake up, even when Father Christmas filled our stockings and left us lots of presents
