Thursday 8th September 2016 - This morning we had breakfast outside in the sunshine
And we hung out at the villa in our jammies when Mummy went for a run with Uncle Ellis
We spent the morning in the swimming pool with Aunt Nini and this big umbrella
After lunch we drove to Santadi, where we played in a playground in the woods...
...and waited for the guided tour around caves called Grotte is Zuddas
They were really amazing
We saw lots of stalactites and stalagmites...
...there were helictites too, which grow sideways. The man said they're very rare and these are the only ones in Italy
Mummy thought it looked a bit like a Christmas grotto. It was quite cold too, so she put my hoody on
We drove back to Pula as the sun was setting...
...and went out to a great restaurant for dinner
