Thursday 1st January 2015 ~ Today was New Year's Day, the first day of 2015. Mummy, Daddy, Ira and me went to meet Grandma, Grandad, Uncle Ed, Aunt Melanie and my cousins Levi and Ferdi to go on the Epping Ongar Railway. Daddy said we went on this day last year but I don't remember.
First we caught a big red bus from Epping station. I really enjoyed looking out of the window
We got of the bus and arrived at an old train station...
...We went inside to get warm. There was a fire and a Christmas tree with a train at the top...
...and a little train running round the bottom
We got on an old train, which went to Ongar. I had a great time playing with my cousins. It was really good to see them again
When we got back, there was an even older train in the platform, which was decorated for Christmas. We got in to have a look around. Peekaboo Mummy!

We got on the big red bus again but it had broken down so we had to wait for a big green bus. I was worried we wouldn't make it home, but luckily it was all fine
I had such a brilliant day. It was the best start to the New Year
