Friday 5th July 2013 ~ Today Mummy and me went on the train to Southend to see Grandma and Grandad. We went to the park and fed sweetcorn to the cygnets. Then we had tea and scones. I didn't have any tea.
There was a beautiful wild flower garden...
...and I sat right in the middle
I went on the swing and Grandad let me wear his hat. Don't I look distinguished?
I went on the big swing too, which was brilliant...
Grandad let me wear his hat on there too!
We went back to Grandma and Grandad's and I helped Grandad on the allotment. Here's me collecting vegetables for lunch...
I tried a turnip for the first time. It was delicious!
...I was less keen on the blackcurrant, but I ate two just to be sure.
Lunch was delicious and then we played in the garden until it was time to go home...
Mummy and me had a really lovely day
