Sunday 31st March 2013 ~ Today was my first Easter Sunday. I spent the day at Grandma and Grandad's with Mummy, Daddy, Uncle Ed and Aunt Amy.
As far as I can tell, Easter is a lot about eggs and chocolate but I'm not sure why. Daddy wouldn't tell me the story of Easter either but promised to as soon as I'm old enough.
For breakfast I had a boiled egg with a picture of a baby chick on that Mummy drew
Daddy bashed the egg with a spoon and then fed me bits of bread they called soldiers with egg on them. It was delicious.
Today Mummy and Daddy gave me my first ever Easter egg. I had fun playing with it and then I tried to eat it with the shiny paper on.
Daddy took the wrapper off and gave me a little bit. I loved it and tried to figure out a way of eating all of it but I wasn't allowed
So I had some yoghurt instead and everyone laughed at my yoghurt beard
Things got much better after that. Cousin Isabelle sent me a fairy wand to play with. At first I thought it was for eating...
...but Daddy said it was for waving around like a fairy
I had a great time playing with my Aunt Amy and Uncle Ed
There were lots of bubbles...
Bubbles bubbles everywhere!
I love Easter
