Monday 30th December 2013 ~ Today Mummy and me were supposed to be going to see my cousins Levi and Ferdi. We got all ready to go and then our plans changed at the last minute so Mummy took me to Kidzmania instead!
It was amazing and I was a little blown away at first!
But after a while, I started making friends...
...and then I had a great time. In the ball pool, clambering around, getting in and out of cars...
Friday 27th December 2013 ~ Today when I woke up at Grandma and Grandad's, Isabelle and James were still there. We had such a good time playing together...
...they were really great fun
We all played together in the travelcot in Grandma and Grandad's room (James is lying down!)
Isabelle really looked after me. Before I went home, I said Issy! Mummy thought it was very cute.
We played so much that before we left to go home, I was exhausted. Look at me almost asleep on Grandad's lap!
I had such a great time. I can't wait until it's Christmas again.
But being home wasn't all bad. I got to see Esme cat again...
...used my new bubble frog (from Aunt Amy and Uncle Ed) in the bath...
...and enjoyed reading books before bed in cosy corner
Wednesday 25th December 2013 ~ When I woke up, Father Christmas had filled my stocking with presents, just like Mummy and Daddy said he would!
I got some nursery rhyme cards, a tweeting bird, a ball, a wind-up boat for the bath, a snake, some jingle bells and some chocolate coins. Chocolate coins for breakfast?...
...what a treat!
When we went downstairs, I told Grandad all about it
Grandad thought it sounded great too
There were lots of presents under the Christmas tree...
...and I was really looking forward to opening them
Daddy took some photos of Mummy and me looking Christmassy. You might think I'm laughing because I'm really happy...
...but actually I was trying to escape a big Christmas tickling!
Cousin Lois arrived with her Mummy and Daddy...
...and we had lots of fun playing together. Here's me showing Cousin Lois my ball from Father Christmas.
Aunt Amy was there too. Here's a picture of her looking beautiful next to the Christmas tree (Uncle Ed was in Southend with my other Grandma and Grandad)
After what seemed like ages, we started to open our presents
It took me a little while but I soon got the hang of it!
I got so many brilliant presents, including some new books, a crocodile xylophone and a beautiful new dress from Grandma and Grandad, a scuttlebug from Mummy and Daddy, an animal alphabet toy from Aunt Veronica and Uncle Rob, and a bubble frog for my bath from Aunt Amy and Uncle Ed
Cousin Lois got some great presents too...
...but she really enjoyed the wrapping paper!
I love my scuttlebug. I knew how to ride it straight away. Aunt Veronica called me Ayrton Senna but I don't know what that means.
Cousin Lois and me both had a nap, waking up just in time for Christmas lunch
We both sat in our highchairs at the table
Lunch was delicious but I ate mainly stuffing, followed by Christmas pudding and cream. Mmmm!
After lunch, I serenaded everyone with my crocodile xylophone.
After dinner, there was even more time to play. I tried on my new dress and Mummy said I looked like Julie Andrews but I don't know what that means either!
Before bed there was even time to play in a big cardboard box. Such fun!
Tuesday 24th December 2013 ~ Today is Christmas Eve. Mummy and Daddy let me open some of my presents from them early and we had a play. Yay! Happyland!
Then Grandad John picked us up and drove us to their house in Kent.
Here's a video of me opening my presents - Merry Christmas!
Not long after Cousin Lois arrived
It was great to see her. I tried to feed her a raisin but Mummy said no because she was too little...
...so I ate it myself instead! Mummy says it won't be long until Cousin Lois is allowed one too.
I had a great afternoon and went to bed excited about Christmas day. I'm looking forward to seeing my cousin again. Mummy and Daddy said Father Christmas will come and bring me presents too. I can't wait!
