Wednesday 7th December 2016 - Today was preschool. Mummy came in to talk to my key worker Lisa who said I was doing really well. She said I was confident and caring and great company. She also said I was doing really well with my counting and reading ad writing letters. Mummy was proud. She came to puck me up early from Cheryl's house
When we got home, I helped Mummy finish decorating the Christmas tree.
Monday 5th December 2016 - A smile for mummy before she went off on her bike to Cambridge. She said she won't be back until tomorrow but I didn't feel sad as Grandma and Grandad are picking me up from Cheryl's house
Sunday 4th December 2016 - This morning we wrote letters to Father Christmas. I asked for a Barbie camper van and a Merida dolly. I told him I've been a good girl so I hope he brings me some presents
Then we went to buy our Christmas tree from a garden centre. I helped Mummy choose it
In the afternoon we drove to Aylesbury for Issy's 8th birthday party. There were lots of older girls there and at first I wasn't sure...
...but Issy looked after me and after a while I wasn't shy at all. It was a perform party, where we all learnt a song and dance from Annie. It was lots of fun...
Saturday 3rd December 2016 - This morning I went to ballet with Juni. I'm really enjoying it and from what Mummy has seen through the door, I've picked it up really quickly
Then I got changed and we rushed into town to meet Ellis, Phoy, Rob, Veronica and Lois for a pre-Christmas lunch and catch up...
...followed by a walk around Covent Garden to see the Christmas lights and the giant Christmas tree
Friday 2nd December 2016 - Today Daddy went to work and Ira and I got to spend the day with Grandma Catherine and Grandad John. Just relaxing, playing and watching television
Thursday 1st December 2016 ~ Today, is the first day of advent and began ever so peacefully with a picture perfect scene of a quiet and orderly Christmas countdown...
Unfortunately the photograph borne only a little passing resemblance to reality and with Mummy away at a conference in Cardiff order was in short supply!
After we'd ripped open our calendars and feasted on the fun inside Daddy dressed us as best he could and set about packing for a trip to see Grandma and Granddad.
Although I guess his packing skills must have been a little rusty because Ira and I built and broke and built again a fabulous train track in the time it took Daddy to throw a couple of pairs of pajamas in a bag.
Eventually, we arrived at Grandma and Granddad's house and I quickly set about showing everyone my driving skills.
After a lovely day's play I watched a little bit of Tiny Pop
And went off to sleep in a big girl's bed, snuggled up with my teddy. Goodnight Mummy!
Wednesday 30th November 2016 - Mummy picked me up from preschool today and took me and Ira for hot chocolate. She said I looked like a gorgeous picture from a Christmas catalogue
Sunday 27th November 2016 - We had a lazy morning of drawing at home. Daddy bought us a big pad of paper and some really good colouring pencils. And since then, we've just been drawing and drawing...
...In the afternoon we went back to the amazing trampolining place. Mummy loved it to. And afterwards we had a quick play in the park and then went for Sunday dinner
Thursday 24th November 2016 - Cheryl did mine and Poppy's hair this morning so we looked like twins. We got ready together in the bathroom...
...and then read stories together until everyone was ready to head out to the swimming pool
After swimming and lunch, we cycled to the lake and walked to father's christmas' winter wonderland
There were singing reindeers
And a sleigh for us to ride on
When we got inside Father Christmas' house, we span a wheel which said if we were a cheeky monkey, little rascal, naughty or nice. We all got nice. Mummy said she was sure it was fixed
There was an elf to take us through to see Father Christmas
When we went in, Father Christmas was there waiting to hear what we wanted for Christmas. He knew all about disney princesses and the paw patrol puppies
He gave Poppy and I a pink jewellery box, which made us very happy
Everyone enjoyed their visit to Father Christmas
...even the little rascal, who got a cuddly reindeer
We went back to the lodge for dinner, some tv and stories before bed
Wednesday 23rd November 2016 - After another great morning in the swimming pool, we found another adventure playground. Poppy and I barged Ira out of the way and sold ice-cream from this little house
When it was time to go, we placed round and round this tree..
...unfortunately Ira couldn't keep up. Poor Ira, it's just not his day
Our Mummies had booked us in to do some ten-pin bowling, which we loved, but we didn't really understand the scoring. if only Grandma had been there
I liked helping my friends by giving the ball a little push to help it along...
...and watching as the skittles went down
My brother loved it too. And I just loved tormenting him
We were all getting a bit tired and grumpy so Mummy bought us all a slushy and all the Mummies some prosecco, which cheered everyone up and meant that we had a lot of energy to run around while they played on the quiz machine!
Then it was back to the lodge for a bath. It made a great photo for our Mummies, but we weren't all happy, especially not me as I got the nasty plug end
Cheryl's cosy lap for bedtime story time was much better
