Tuesday 16th December 2014 ~ Today Grandma and Grandad were away in Amsterdam so Ira and me spent the day with Mummy. We went to the park in our snowsuits and no one else was there. Mummy and me played until we needed warming up and then we went to get a babyccino

Monday 15th December 2014 ~ Today was my nursery Christmas concert. We sang Christmas carols and wore hats with glittery stars on them. Mummy came with Ira who was wearing his Christmas jumper and reindeer hat. Mummy took me home early and we decorated our gingerbread house with sweeties

Sunday 14th December 2014 ~ Today Mummy, Daddy and me baked Christmas gingerbread to build into a house. I mostly enjoyed eating the ingredients. Daddy says I'm like a hummingbird.

Saturday 13th December 2014 ~ Today we all went out for lunch for Grandad John's birthday. I sat next to him when he opened his cards and presents and he let me help

And I got to help him blow out the candles on his cake!

After lunch, Mummy and Daddy took me to see the Christmas lights in Covent Garden before home. But I was quite tired by then.

Day Eight Hundred and Forty

Friday 12th December 2014 ~ Mummy picked me up from nursery and I was very happy today. We ran a lot of the way home, which was great fun. I was Queen Elsa again and there was no rushing me. I spent at least 5 minutes jumping in this muddy puddle!

Thursday 11th December 2014 ~ Today, we mostly did lots of errands, but I still found time for lunch in my favourite café.

Wednesday 10th December 2014 ~ Today Mummy took Ira and me to Westfield in Stratford. Mummy and me had lunch together...

I was in a very silly mood and just wanted to play. So I played on the cars and in the play area inside...

...and then we walked to the Olympic park for a play outside. 

It was frosty and cold but the sun was shining brightly and I really enjoyed playing in the sand. Afterwards, Mummy and me went for a hot chocolate to warm up

Tuesday 9th December 2014 ~ Today Grandma and Grandad came. Grandad and me played in the front room...

I was Queen Elsa and that meant that I was in charge...

...I couldn't quite pick my Grandad up though!

Monday 8th December 2014 ~ Today I went to nursery. I had fun making reindeers and singing Christmas songs but I was so happy to see Mummy and Ira. We went straight home and had a bath together before stories and bed.

Sunday 7th December 2014 ~ Today Mummy, Daddy, Ira and me went to Aylesbury to Issy's 6th birthday party. Grandma Catherine and Grandad John were there and so were Ed, Amy, Rob, Veronica and Lois!

It was a pony party and I was too little to ride on a pony but I got to watch Issy and James...

...and I had time to catch up with cousin Lois

 Saturday 6th December 2014 ~ Today I decorated my little Christmas tree with baubles and little wooden christmas people...

...and Mummy and Daddy decorated our big Christmas tree. So exciting!

Friday 5th December 2014 ~ Today when I got home from nursery, Daddy had bought a big christmas tree and a little christmas tree just for me. I love it!

Thursday 4th December 2014 ~ Today Grandma and Grandad came to see me. It wasn't Tuesday but they've been away on holiday in St Lucia and they've missed me so they came today. Grandad and me went out in the rain to splash in muddy puddles

It was really good to see Grandad and his umbrella again

Wednesday 3rd December 2014 ~ Today my friends Marianne and Henry came round to play. It was really good to see them and not to have to venture out in the rainy cold.

Tuesday 2nd December 2014 ~ Today Mummy organised a Christmas craft party for lots of babies and their Mummies. We made little Christmas trees out of pine cones..

...sang Christmas songs...

...and posed for Christmas portraits. Look at me and my friend Herbie being rascals. Mummy wanted me to pose on my own with some silly reindeer antlers but I said no!

I mostly enjoyed running around the room all full of sugary Christmas treats

Day Eight Hundred and Twenty-Nine

Monday 1st December 2014 ~ To celebrate the first of December, I woke up to discover that Mummy had drawn Frozen on my chalkboard. Daddy said I was very pleased but when Mummy came downstairs, I said "Mummy, where's Christophe?"

If that wasn't exciting enough, Daddy showed me a little wooden house with lots of drawers. He said that each one had a Christmas picture and a treat for Clara inside and that I could have one each day until Christmas. He explained that today was the first day of advent and that this was called an advent calendar. I didn't really understand but I did enjoy my choccy penguin

I also enjoyed having a peek in all the little drawers. I especially liked the look of number 15. 

I think I'm going to enjoy December.

Saturday 29th November 2014 ~ Today Mummy and Daddy took me to see Singalong Frozen at the new cinema in Walthamstow. I walked in and said "wow, it's really big" and then I ate a giant bucket of popcorn, sharing a bit of it with Mummy and Daddy.

I was THIS happy.

Friday 28th November 2014 ~ Today Mummy went out with Ira to meet Uncle Ellis and I went to nursery. She wasn't home in time for bed time but Daddy says she'll be there when I wake up tomorrow

Thursday 27th November 2014 ~ Today when I woke up I said I wanted to go to the Limes so that's just what we did. I had a great time playing in the garden and I got a dinosaur sticker for helping to tidy up at the end...

...and then we went for lunch to my favourite cafe in Chingford Mount.
