Day Two Thousand and Sixty-Seven

Monday 23rd April 2018 - Today I didn't have to wear uniform because we had a party at school to celebrate the Royal wedding between Prince Harry and Meghan. I wore a sparkly pink dress and my shiny shoes.
And I took my three little pig house to school too to show my teacher

Day Two Thousand and Sixty-Six

Sunday 22nd April 2018 - We went swimming this morning but the highlight of the day was Daddy buying a new garden hose. We had a great time spraying each other in the garden!
When the sun had gone in, Mummy and I went inside and did my homework, which was to design and make the house of the three little pigs
I had to tell the story too, which I did, almost word-perfect. Mummy was very impressed

Day Two Thousand and Sixty-Five

Saturday 21st April 2018 - Today it was a lovely day so after ballet, Daddy decided to drive us to Broadstairs. We had fish and chips and threw the chips into the air for the seagulls to catch
We played on the sand and Ira had a paddle in the sea!
It was brilliant

Day Two Thousand and Sixty-Four

Friday 20th April 2018 - Today was very hot and sunny. It felt so much like summer already that we invited Juni and Robin for tea in the garden and got the paddling pool out for a splash in the sunshine

Day Two Thousand and Sixty-Three

Thursday 19th April 2018 - This morning I made a breakfast menu for Mummy
Ira was the waiter!
Then Grandma and Granddad surprised us with another visit.
Ayesha isn't very well and won't be able to look after us any more. Cuddles with Granddad more than made up for it
Ira and I built dens in the garden
And Granddad took another gorgeous photo of me

Day Two Thousand and Sixty-Two

Wednesday 18th April 2018 - Enjoying the sunshine in the garden with Esme before school

Day Two Thousand and Sixty-One

Tuesday 17th April 2018 - It was really good to see Grandma and Granddad again after such a long time. And Granddad took this beautiful photo of me

Day Two Thousand and Sixty

Monday 16th April 2018 - It was back to school today for the summer term - and the last term of reception. I didn't mind a bit

Day Two Thousand and Fifty-Nine

Sunday 15th April 2018 - Home. Yay!

Day Two Thousand and Fifty-Eight

Saturday 14th April 2018 - Today started with our last breakfast of orange juice, cake and Moroccan pancakes in our Riad
Then it was time to head to the airport for our flight home
The journey home wasn't too bad at all
And we were both very happy to be home once we'd arrived

Day Two Thousand and Fifty-Seven

Friday 13th April 2018 - Today it rained and rained in Marrakech. Luckily we had our rain coats so it didn't stop us from heading out to the see the city
We visited the Saadian tombs, which were beautiful. Daddy said they were over 400 years old!
After lunch we spent some time running through the medina, dodging in and out of the puddles and watching out for all of the water coming through the roof
In the evening, we went to a restaurant called cafe clock around the corner for our last dinner in Morocco. I had falafel, hummus and bread
There was a band playing and so Ira and I went up to join in by dancing and playing his little wooden guitar.
Good night Morocco.. I hope we see you again soon

Day Two Thousand and Fifty-Six

Thursday 12th April 2018- Today we had to say goodbye to lovely Villa Quieta and travel for three hours in the car to Marrakech
We stopped for a drink halfway there and I found a swing in a tree to play on
Mummy and Daddy bought us some jellies and we were on our way
Marrakech was completely bonkers - full of people and motorbikes. Ira and I weren't very keen at all
But we cheered up a lot when Mummy and Daddy found a rooftop  restaurant where we had a burger and chips and a chocolate milkshake too
We didn't stay out too long before heading back to bed

Day Two Thousand and Fifty-Five

Wednesday 11th April 2018 - Today was our last day in Essaouria so we went to the Medina for a wander and found a but we hadn't seen before with cannons and ramparts looking out to sea
We climbed on the cannons and pretended we were firing them at the enemies
Mummy said we could each choose a souvenir. Ira chose a wooden guitar and I chose a small cream and pink cuddly camel
As it was our last day at Villa Quieta, the family invited us to have pancakes with them
We had pancakes and chocolate spread

Day Two Thousand and Fifty-Four

Tuesday 10th April 2018 - Today after breakfast we got dressed in our best summer clothes and then both decided we'd like to wear pajama t shirts. And why not?
We went back to Villa Maroc Les Jardins where there was a warm swimming pool and a delicious lunch. Today we met a 4 year old French girl called Emma who automatically became our friend. We played games and collected flowers and swam together
Luckily it was another beautiful day
Emma and I exchanged addresses and said we would be penpals
When we got back to the villa, we had a relax and then decided to go for dinner across the road. There was a great view of the beach and the sun setting into the sea
Mummy said it was a beautiful light to photograph me in
Here we are

Day Two Thousand and Fifty-Three

Monday 9th April 2018 - My friend Lulu went home today and left this giant flamingo next to the swimming pool. I was tempted to try it out but then I remembered how cold the pool was!
We drove to a very small town called Diabat but there wasn't much there
So instead we had a picnic but at the villa with our new baskets and teddies
We walked into the medina as the sun was setting
I got tired so Daddy carried me on his shoulders
Before dinner we posted postcards to our Grandma and Granddads. I wonder how long they'll take to arrive

Day Two Thousand and Fifty-Two

Sunday 8th April 2018 - This morning Ira and I went shopping with our new bags. We chose fruit and snacks and jellies
And then we went to explore a beach up the coast. We had a walk and collected rocks. But it was so windy that we wanted to head back soon after
We loved our afternoons playing in the villa with our new friend Lulu - who was there with her Mummy, Daddy and sister
We went into essaouria medina for dinner and then watched the sunset from a rooftop bar
What a great holiday we're having
Before bed, we had stories and chocolate milk in the orange room, in front of a fire
