Saturday 23rd December 2017 - Today we went for stories with Santa at the Walthamstow wetlands. He read to us and then gave each of us a pair of binoculars so we could go outside and look at the birds. It was so cold that we didn't stay for long but we'll definitely come back soon

 Friday 22nd December 2017 - Today we went into town to see the christmas lights. We went first to Covent Garden to see the giant christms tree and this big silver reindeer

We met Ellis for lunch... 

...and an ice-cream sundae!

We walked around the city, giving money to homeless people who were sleeping on the street (I asked Mummy a lot of questions about why they weren't in a bed or with their families) and to people dressed up, like this father christmas in Trafalgar square

The christmas lights were beautiful, especially these angel ones along Regent Street

There were christmas trees everywhere

And amazing window displays

Because I had a really excellent day

Thursday 21st December 2017 - Today we had a really lazy morning and stayed in our pajamas until it was time to go out! We helped Mummy make sweets for the present boxes

Mummy painted a coal tit for the top of the box, which she said we learned about in centre parcs with Grandma and Grandad 

I got dressed in a sparkly christmas outfit and it was time to head out for Nancy's 4th birthday party 

I had a glitter tattoo

And sat next to Poppy when we had our tea. It was good to see her again 

Nancy had an amazing little mermaid birthday cake 

We all sang happy birthday and she blew out the candles

 Wednesday 20th December 2017 - Today was my last day of school before christmas so to celebrate, we watched a movie in front of the fire with popcorn

Tuesday 19th December 2017 - Last Grandma and Grandad Tuesday before christmas. I'm so excited about christmas, I might burst. Every day I ask how many sleeps we have left. 6 more until Christmas!

Monday 18th December 2017 - Today it was my first ever school nativity. Everyone in my class was either a shepherd or a sheep. I was a shepherd but I wanted to be a sheep so I swapped! Daddy came with Ira in the morning and Mummy came in the afternoon

It was the story of the sleepy shepherd. We sang songs as the story was narrated. I was a bit shy with all the people there but Mummy and Daddy were both very proud of me

Sunday 17th December 2017 - Today we went into town to see Stickman at the Leicester Square theatre with our friends Juni and Robin and Penny. The show was brilliant - we sat at the front and had sweeties and popcorn (though Mummy wasn't allowed to take photos)

We walked back to Green Park, past lots of big christmas trees and beautiful christmas lights

And stopped to look in shop windows - like this one, which looked like stickman and his friends in Fortnum and Mason

What a great day out. Everyone agreed! 

Day One Thousand Nine Hundred and Thirty-Nine

 Saturday 16th December 2017 - This morning it was my christmas ballet show. I danced in front of a lot of people and Mummy was really proud of how well I did

Then we drove to Kent for Grandad John's 70th Birthday lunch. Lois, Issy and I all had plaits in our hair

I loved playing with and reading to baby Luna 

and Luna loved it too 

We had lunch and pulled crackers and played together 

And then we went back to Grandma and Grandad's house for a play

Grandad had a big chocolate cake with a big scary candle on it

We all ran away when it went off like a firework! I was a little bit scared but I soon calmed down when the cake was cut

Friday 15th December 2017 - Today my friends came over for an after school christmas party tea. We made sparkly christmas trees and played games, had food and watched the new frozen christmas movie 

We had so much fun!

Wednesday 13th December 2017 - Every morning Ira and I open our playmobil advent calendars in Mummy and Daddy's room. Mine is a skating princess snowy scene

 Tuesday 12th December 2017 - Today Grandad met me from school and he had a cute dolly in a pink knitted dress and bonnet for me from Nanny

We went to IKEA for a play and a look at the christmas decorations

Monday 11th December 2017 - Today we made paper snowflakes with Mummy after school

Sunday 10th December 2017 - This morning we woke up and it was really snowing outside. In fact, I woke up in the middle of the night to tell Mummy and she came downstairs to watch it with me for a while

As soon as we were dressed and wrapped up warm, we went out to play in the garden 

I tried to eat the snow by catching it on my tongue

And Mummy took this photo of me looking all cute and christmassy next to my crab apple tree

Lots of people came for pre christmas christmas lunch

Lois, Arlo, Ira and I had our own little table. And crackers too!

After lunch, we went out sledging down the road

 Saturday 9th December 2017 - This morning I went to ballet. I'm really enjoying it. I showed Mummy some of my moves before the class started

 Then we drove to Snozone in Milton Keynes for cousin Issy's sledging party
