Day Five Hundred and Eighty-Three

Sunday 30th March 2014 ~ Today started after extra late lie-in with an extra special cuddle with Mummy.
After dashing about the house tidying and getting things ready, we jumped on the bus and headed to the park for a picnic, although after eating five strawberries, I was so tired I fell fast asleep - I wonder if I missed out on anything delicious. When I woke up, Daddy kept trying to take a picture of me with Mummy, but I was having none of it.
I was much more excited about the going on the wobbly bridge - up and down, up and down.
Mummy soon wanted a go too and we had a great time running backwards and forwards...
In fact, once I'd started running, I couldn't stop.
Run, run, run. Catch me if you can!
After lots of chasing, Mummy decided enough was enough and called in Daddy to restore order, although I soon saw him off by giving him a piece of my mind.
I'm not sure Daddy got the picture he planned, but I had a great day with Mummy and would like to wish her and my lovely Grandmas a very happy Mother's day.

Day Five Hundred and Eighty-Two

Saturday 29th March 2014 ~ Today Mummy and me went for lunch in the Bethnal Green Museum of Childhood
I really loved watching the choo choos...
I went on a big rocking horse...
...played in the sandpit...
...and practised driving a car. Beep beep!
But I mostly just wanted to watch the choo choos. I asked Mummy for more money and when she said she didn't have any, I got her purse out of the changing bag and gave it to her. I was sure she'd just forgotten it was there. More money mummy!...
More choo choos.

Day Five Hundred and Eighty-One

Friday 28th March 2014 ~ Today at nursery I made a Mother's Day card for Mummy with my hands and some orange paint. Mummy wanted to take a photo of me holding it but I didn't want to pose for the camera. I was too busy being a rascal
I gave Mummy a daffodil too and two cookies I made, though I ate one of them on the way home from nursery. I can say "more biscuit" pretty clearly now, which is handy...
My card had a poem inside it that made Mummy cry, though I'm not sure why...
...but she soon cheered up when I started racing around the house all full of sugar.. and crawling properly with both legs!

Day Five Hundred and Eighty

Thursday 27th March 2014 ~ Today, I helped Granddad and Daddy, with Putting Up the Fence - Round #2
It was tough and dirty work and Daddy made sure I was wrapped up safe and warm. Granddad didn't seem to mind at all though - amazing!

Day Five Hundred and Seventy-Six

Sunday 23rd March 2014 ~ Today we had a surprise visit to Southend to see Grandma and Grandad. I'm not sure who was happier out of me and Grandad!
We had a stroll along the high street...
A stop for tea...
...and a really blustery walk along the seafront. Peepo Grandad!
As if that wasn't enough, I then went on a rollercoaster with Daddy...
 ....weeeeeeeee!
And on a train that span round and round with Grandma
I had a go in a tractor...
...and on another train with Grandad. Choo choo!
It was a great day but I was ready for bed by the train ride home!

Day Five Hundred and Seventy-Five

Saturday 22nd March 2014 ~ Today, was very unusual. I spent the morning with Daddy, helping in the garden and pottering about the house. But at lunch time, Grandma and Granddad arrived with a lovely surprise - Choo-Choos!
Daddy and Grandaddy went out into the garden while Grandma looked after me - I was having so much fun it took me a while to notice. Later on, I scooted over to the window for a look. The old fence was gone and new posts were in the ground - so that's what they were up to!
After a busy day and lots of fun, Granddad and Grandma made to go home, but just before they left Granddad brought in my old carry cot from when I was a baby. It's still very comfy, but now I'm a big girl it's a bit small. I wonder what Mummy and Daddy are going to use it for...

Day Five Hundred and Seventy-Two

Wednesday 19th March 2014 ~ When I woke up today, I wasn't feeling myself. Mummy thinks I was teething. She could see two pointy teeth poking out at the bottom
We went to my favourite cafe in Chingford Mount for lunch, where I had a play with the toys and teddies
After lunch, we went to the park but I wasn't sure...
My friend Ben arrived with his Mummy but I was feeling shy...
I wasn't even sure about the slide
I cheered up a bit on the broom broom though!
